I started my career writing code. Not because I was told to, but because I wanted to understand how things worked from the inside out.

That instinct has stayed with me through 25 years working across product, engineering, data, and technology leadership. I have built and managed teams, run technology functions at board level, co-founded a business, and more recently started building again with AI tools, not to move faster, but to understand what is actually changing and what is not.

What I have seen, across every role and every organisation, is that the hard problems are rarely technical. They are about clarity. What are we trying to achieve? Who is it for? What are we assuming? What are we willing to leave out?

AI makes those questions more urgent, not less. When you can build anything quickly, the quality of your thinking about what to build becomes the differentiator.

That is what Outcome Path is about. Helping people, teams, and organisations develop the judgment to use AI well. To know what to hand off and what to own. To be the expert in the loop rather than a passenger in their own work.

I am currently VP Product and Technology at Climate Impact Partners, where I lead product, engineering, data, and IT across a global team. Outcome Path runs alongside that, and will grow into something more as the time is right.
